Inhibitors of MLH1 and/or PMS2 for treatment of cancer

The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I): wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R6 and R10 are each as defined herein, targeting MLH1 and/or PMS2 proteins as components of a DNA mismatch repair (MMR) process.
