According to the control method, the functions of inductive reactive compensation of excitation inductance of the current transformer, regulation and control of output active power of the current transformer, control of charging voltage and current of the storage battery, load constant voltage control and the like are achieved on one DC-DC converter and one AC-DC converter, the circuit structure is optimized, and the comprehensive performance of the circuit is improved.
