Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a battery management method and a battery management system. The battery management system comprises a voltage detection module, a setting module, a discharging module, a driving module and a starting module. The voltage detection module obtains a battery voltage of each battery. The setting module sets a target value according to the minimum battery voltage. The discharge module is driven to discharge the plurality of batteries such that the battery voltages thereof are below a target value. The driving module drives the discharge module when the difference between the minimum battery voltage and the maximum battery voltage is greater than the difference between the target value and the minimum battery voltage. The starting module starts the driving module when the minimum battery voltage is lower than a starting threshold value or the difference value between the second minimum battery voltage and the minimum battery voltage is not smaller than the maximum battery voltage and the min
