The fused salt storage system comprises a tank body, a liquid storage structure and a fused salt pump, the liquid storage structure is connected to a bottom plate of the tank body and protrudes downwards relative to the bottom plate. The interior of the liquid storage structure is communicated with the interior of the tank body; a suction pump shaft of the molten salt pump sequentially passes through the top of the tank body and the interior of the tank body and penetrates into the liquid storage structure. According to the molten salt storage system, the liquid storage structure is arranged on the bottom plate of the molten salt storage system, the characteristic that the molten salt sinks due to gravity is utilized, the liquid molten salt in the tank body gathers towards the liquid storage structure firstly, and the liquid level in the tank body rises gradually until the liquid storage structure is full of the liquid molte
