Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicine, and provides an application of a detection product of a biomarker in preparation of a product for auxiliary diagnosis, diagnosis or prognosis evaluation of neural tube malformation, and the biomarker comprises 5-hydroxymethylcytosine; according to the present invention, the 5hmC enrichment condition detection is performed on the cell line under the folic acid deficiency condition for the first time, the significant change of the shh signal pathway closely associated with the neural tube deformity and the downstream genes Hhatl and Gli2 is found, and the regulation of the DNA demethylation on the neural tube deformity under the folic acid deficiency condition is proved; the invention verifies that an intermediate product 5hmC of DNA demethylation can be used as the biomarker, and a detection product of the biomarker can be used for preparing a product for auxiliary diagnosis, diagnosis or prognosis evaluation of neural tube malformation.
