Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a culture method for improving the grease emulsifying capacity of antibacterial lipopeptide, which specifically comprises the following steps: inoculating a bacillus licheniformis colony into a culture medium to complete a culture process which comprises one round of low-temperature culture and two rounds of high-temperature culture, and performing filtration, acid precipitation, alcohol-oil extraction, adsorption chromatography and vacuum concentration on the fermentation liquor to obtain the antibacterial lipopeptide.
