Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a composition for a light-shielding film and a light-shielding film using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a composition for a light-shielding film having low blackness and reflectance; and a light-shielding film produced therefrom. In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, according to the present invention, a composition for a light-shielding film can be provided that includes carbon-based particles, a thermosetting binder resin, a dispersant, polymer beads, and a solvent, the carbon-based particles being particles of rGO (reduced graphene oxide) particles, GNP (graphene nanoplate) particles, or a mixture thereof, and the solvent being a mixture of the particles of rGO particles, GNP particles, or a mixture of the particles of GO particles, GNP particles, or a mixture of the particles of GO particles, GNP particles, or a mixture of the particles of GO particles, GNP particles, or a mixture of the particles of GO particles and GNP particles.
