Electrolytic capacitor

The electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element and a liquid component. The capacitor element includes an anode body having a dielectric layer on a surface thereof, and a conductive polymer component covering a portion of the dielectric layer. The liquid component includes a first solvent, an alkali component, and an acid component. The first solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyols and derivatives thereof.
