Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an electric heating system network operation strategy for improving new energy consumption in a high altitude and alpine region, and belongs to the technical field of energy management. Comprising the steps that firstly, mathematical models of a heat storage device and a combined heat and power generation unit are established, the mathematical models of the heat storage device are corrected according to high-altitude and high-cold environment parameters, and working parameters of the heat storage device are regulated and controlled according to the corrected mathematical models; and 2, according to the actual requirements of the electric load and the thermal load, the mathematical model of the combined heat and power generation unit and the working parameters of the heat storage device, the energy distribution model of the electric heating system network is utilized to regulate and control the working parameters of the combined heat and power generation unit. In conclusion, according t
