The raw materials adopted in the invention can be used for synthesizing the polymer electrolyte with ionic conductivity and diaphragm effect, the polymer electrolyte can be used as a diaphragm and an electrolyte to effectively replace an electrolyte in a liquid lithium ion battery, and compared with the electrolyte, the polymer electrolyte has higher safety; meanwhile, the dry-method positive electrode is formed by compounding a polymer coated positive electrode prepared by a dry-method technology and an aluminum foil of which the base coat is LMFP, so that the safety performance of the battery can be further ensured.
