The method comprises the following steps: extruding regenerated silk fibroin into a microfluidic device for shearing orientation, introducing the regenerated silk fibroin into a coagulating bath solution containing a nanoscale calcium phosphate oligomer as a precursor, hybridizing the calcium phosphate oligomer and the regenerated silk fibroin solution, dehydrating to form fibers, and growing the calcium phosphate oligomer in the fibers to form amorphous calcium phosphate; then, amorphous calcium phosphate is crystallized into hydroxyapatite in the fiber in an environment with water, non-covalent interaction is introduced between hydroxyapatite crystals and a regenerated silk fibroin matrix, the mechanical property of the fiber is enhanced, and nascent fiber is formed after drying; finally, after the mi
