In the TC18 titanium alloy heat treatment, heat preservation is conducted for 1 h at the temperature ranging from T beta + 70 DEG C to T beta + 130 DEG C, and then water cooling is conducted to the room temperature; then the alloy is subjected to heat preservation for 6-8 h at the temperature of 550-600 DEG C, and water cooling is conducted to the room temperature; and finally, aging the alloy at 300-450 DEG C for 2-4 hours.
