Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a 600MPa-grade corrosion-resistant steel bar and a preparation method thereof. The steel bar is prepared from the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 1.00 to 1.10 percent of Cr, 0.15 to 0.30 percent of Mo, 0.45 to 0.50 percent of Ni, 0.50 to 0.55 percent of Cu, 0.01 to 0.02 percent of V, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of P, 0.10 to 0.13 percent of C, 0.30 to 0.40 percent of Si, 0.80 to 1.60 percent of Mn and 0.001 to 0.025 percent of S. The method comprises the procedures of molten iron pretreatment, converter smelting, molten steel refining, square billet continuous casting, hot continuous rolling and temperature control and cooling control. The yield strength of the steel bar can reach 600 MPa or above, compared with an HRB600E steel bar, the relative corrosion rate of the steel bar is lower than 70%, and the steel bar is particularly suitable for being applied to coastal buildings and ocean engineering.
