Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of biochemical detection, in particular to a PCR primer, a probe, a method and a kit for detecting seven porcine respiratory viruses based on MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. According to the invention, seven pairs of primers and corresponding single-base extension probes are respectively designed, and a nucleic acid mass spectrum (MALDI-TOF MS) multi-target detection system for common porcine respiratory tract DNA viruses is established through optimization of primer concentrations and reaction conditions. A multi-target detection system for synchronously identifying seven porcine respiratory tract DNA viruses including PRV, PCV-2, PCV-3, PBoV-G1, PBoV-G2, PBoV-G3 and ASFV is established through a nucleic acid mass spectrum (MALDI-TOF MS) technology, the method has the characteristics of high throughput, high sensitivity and high specificity, and convenience is provided for monitoring, differential diagnosis and quarantine of import and export animals of pig herds rel
