Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a CsRBOH5 mutant gene for regulating and controlling citrus canker resistance, an expression vector and application, and relates to the technical field of molecular breeding. Phosphorylation of CsRBOH has an important function in mediating H2O2 synthesis and plant disease-resistant response, and particularly, the Ser-334 site of CsRBOH5 has obvious influence on RBOH enzyme activity, ROS bursting and canker resistance. The phosphorylation mutation of the site can obviously enhance the RBOH enzyme activity, ROS bursting and citrus canker resistance. The OERBOH5D2 mutant constructed by the invention can greatly reduce the scab area of the canker and reduce the attack degree of the canker.
