A grinding and polishing main shaft structure with constant pressure compensation comprises a driving motor and a main shaft connected with an output shaft of the driving motor, a bearing sleeve is arranged on the main shaft, an air cylinder barrel base is arranged outside the bearing sleeve in a sleeving mode, and the rear end of the air cylinder barrel base is connected with the driving motor. The output end of the main shaft extends to the outer side of the front end of the air cylinder barrel base and is connected with a material grinding disc, a gap between the air cylinder barrel base and the front end of the bearing sleeve forms an air cylinder barrel front cavity, and gaps among the air cylinder barrel base, the driving motor and the rear end of the bearing sleeve form an air cylinder barrel rear cavity. A front air inlet connector capable of being communicated with a front cavity of the air cyli
