Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an electrolytic cell polar plate welding process which comprises the following process steps that (1) a lower step is machined on the outer edge of a mastoid plate, the height of the lower step is half of the thickness of the outer edge of the mastoid plate, and the thickness of the outer edge of the mastoid plate is equal to the thickness of the inner edge of a polar frame; (2) an upper step is machined on the inner edge of the pole frame, the height of the upper step is equal to that of the lower step, and the width of the upper step is equal to that of the lower step; (3) the mastoid plate is positioned in the pole frame in a flat lying mode through clamping of the upper step and the lower step; and (4) laser is adopted to perform single-side welding on the outer surface of the upper step or the outer surface of the lower step in the circumferential direction of the middle of the clamping position of the two steps, and the laser can penetrate through the upper step and the lower ste
