Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an irradiation sterilization treatment method for canned apples, which comprises the following steps: (1) screening fresh apples without plant diseases and insect pests and mechanical damage, pre-cooling, cleaning, peeling, denucleating and dicing the selected apples, and putting the apples into a protection solution; (2) performing microwave irradiation treatment: performing irradiation treatment for 5-25 minutes according to the microwave output power of 150-500W per 500g of apples; (3) canning the irradiated apples, adding sweet water, heating, exhausting, and sealing the cans; (4) the packaged tank body is subjected to irradiation antibiosis, and the irradiation dose is 250-800 Gy; and (5) storing the irradiated tank body in a dark place.
