Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a sample homology detection and verification method and system based on logistic regression modeling. The method comprises the steps of obtaining two gene files in a VCF format; respectively filtering and screening the SNPs in the two gene files according to a preset filtering and screening condition to obtain the filtered and screened SNPs; calculating a first correlation parameter of the two samples; calculating a conversion and transversion ratio and a pre-fitting consistency index of the two gene files; calculating the mutation frequency of the filtered and screened SNPs; on the basis that a first condition is met, determining that mutation frequencies of the multiple filtered and screened SNPs are subjected to linear fitting, and then determining multiple calculation parameters, wherein the calculation parameters comprise an inter-sample mutation stability coefficient, a post-fitting consistency index, a fitting slope, a decision coefficient R2 of a fitting equation, a post-fittin
