The TIR lens is a rotationally symmetrical body having a bowl-shaped structure. The bottom surface of the TIR lens is provided with a pit part which is recessed upwards. And the top surface of the pit part is configured to be a convex surface which is convex downwards. And the inner circumferential surface of the pit part is a refracting surface of the lens. And the peripheral surface of the TIR lens is a total reflection surface of the lens. And the top surface of the TIR lens is a light-emitting surface of the lens. The top surface of the TIR lens is formed with four light ridges arranged in a matrix. And the light edge directions of the two light edge parts in the same row are opposite.
