The present invention relates to a spinning solution for aramid fiber and carbon nanotube composite fiber and a method for preparing aramid fiber and carbon nanotube composite fiber using the same. The spinning solution for the aramid fiber and carbon nanotube composite fiber according to the present invention comprises: an aramid fiber (Aramid); carbon nanotubes; and a superacid that represents a lyotropic liquid crystal phase.
