The eutectic solvent is composed of guanidine hydrochloride, ethylene glycol and organic acid; the organic acid is at least one of glycollic acid, malic acid or lactic acid. The deep eutectic solvent system prepared from guanidine hydrochloride, ethylene glycol and organic acid has the advantages of low preparation cost, low viscosity, cyclic utilization and the like. The system is used for leaching lithium, cobalt, nickel and manganese in the ternary lithium battery positive electrode material, and has the advantages of low leaching temperature, short leaching time and high leaching efficiency of lithium, cobalt, nickel and manganese.
