Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of a C2308T SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) site in a TaHDA9-B gene in auxiliary screening of wheat with different plant heights. Detecting whether the genotype of the wheat to be detected based on the TaHDA9-B gene is genotype I or genotype II, and detecting the plant height gt of the wheat with the genotype II; the plant height of the wheat of the genotype I; the wheat of the genotype I is the wheat of which the genotype is CC homozygous based on the C2308T SNP site; the wheat of the genotype II is wheat of which the genotype is a TT homozygous type based on a C2308T SNP site; the C2308T SNP site is the 2308th nucleotide from the 5'tail end of SEQ ID NO.1 in a wheat genome. Experiments prove that the wheat plant height character can be screened by detecting the genotype of wheat to be detected based on the TaHDA9-B. The TaHDA9-B gene has important application value in wheat breeding.
