Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of molecular biological detection, in particular to the field of gastric cancer detection. The invention provides a composition for detecting gastric cancer. The composition comprises a detection reagent for detecting the methylation level of the following regions: a region as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 in an OTX1 gene; the ZNF671 gene is a region as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2; and a region shown as SEQ ID NO: 3 in the ELMO1 gene. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a kit comprising the composition and application of the composition.
