By regulating and controlling physical and chemical factors in a reaction system, (+) gamma-lactam in (+/-) gamma-lactam is degraded with high stereoselectivity by utilizing the screened strain for producing (+) gamma-lactamase to obtain (-) gamma-lactam, and then the (-) gamma-lactam is separated and purified so as to meet the requirements of industrial production. 本发明属于生物工程技术领域,公开了一种分离提纯(-)γ-内酰胺的方法。通过调控反应体系中的理化因素,利用筛选得到的产(+)γ-内酰胺酶菌株高立体选择性降解(±)γ-内酰胺中的(+)γ-内酰胺,得到(-)γ-内酰胺,进而对(-)γ-内酰胺进行分离提纯,以期来满足工业生产的需要。
