The invention provides a method for modifying UHMWPE UD prepreg, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a reinforcing auxiliary agent, weighing polyborosiloxane and hydroxyl silicone oil, and mutually dissolving in proportion; (2) preparing a glue solution, adding a reinforcing aid (1%-10%) into the waterborne polyurethane, and stirring for 30 minutes by using a high-speed stirrer to a uniform state; and (3) preparing the UHMWPE UD prepreg, drying the UHMWPE at 85-95 DEG C by virtue of a UD cloth production line, curing for 30-40 minutes, and coiling after cooling, thereby obtaining the UHMWPE UD prepreg.
