Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to an injection molding process of a high-voltage capacitor shell. Epoxy resin is used as a high-voltage capacitor shell material, the problem of aluminum element conductivity faced by an aluminum shell can be fully avoided, so that adding of insulating filling oil can be avoided, and invasion of the leakage problem can be avoided; the toughness of the epoxy resin can be fully enhanced, and the problems of excessive brittleness and easy cracking of the epoxy resin are avoided; and the boron element is introduced into the epoxy resin and cooperates with siloxane, so that the flame retardant property of the epoxy resin shell prepared by the invention is further improved.
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体为一种高压电容外壳的注塑工艺;本发明使用环氧树脂作为高压电容外壳材料,可以充分避免铝质外壳所面临的铝元素导电的问题,从而可以避免绝缘填充油的添加,从而可以免除渗漏问题的侵扰,且本发明所制备的环氧树脂外壳在其中引入了硅氧烷,可以充分增强环氧树脂的韧性,避免环氧树脂脆性过大,易开裂的问题;且本发明还在环氧树脂中引入了硼元素,与硅氧烷相互协同,进一步的提高了本发明制备的环氧树脂外壳的阻燃性能。 |
