Preparation method and application of solvent-free polyacrylic acid aqueous dispersion

The invention discloses a method for preparing a solvent-free polyacrylic acid aqueous dispersion containing a hydroxyl functional group, which comprises the following steps of: initiating polymerization of one monomer or a mixture of multiple monomers in the presence of a reactive oligomer through an initiator to obtain a polyacrylic acid copolymer, adding a neutralizing agent for neutralizing, and dispersing in water. The reactive oligomer used in the invention only exists as a diluent in the preparation process of the polyacrylic acid aqueous dispersion, does not participate in any reaction, and can react with a curing agent when being matched with the curing agent.
