According to the invention, the nitrogen element recovered from the high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater by a membrane absorption method is creatively combined with multiple nutrient elements, and the prepared foliar fertilizer is beneficial to growth and development of crops, improves the stress resistance and lodging resistance of the crops, effectively improves the fruit quality, supplements trace elements required by the crops, and has a good yield increasing effect.
