Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a composite material by filling epoxy resin with nano particles carried by fibers and application of the composite material. A filler network structure construction method that semiconductor nano particles SiC are carried on the surface of a glass fiber fabric is combined with a plasma treatment technology to activate the surface of the fibers; the stable and efficient fiber-loaded nanoparticle structure preparation is realized, the interior of the composite material obtained by infiltrating epoxy resin based on the structure can form a charge dissipation path by taking nano SiC particles as junction points, and the surface charge dissipation rate of the material is remarkably improved, so that the surface flashover voltage of the material is improved.
本发明公开了一种纤维搭载纳米粒子填充环氧树脂制备复合材料的方法及应用,利用半导体纳米粒子SiC搭载于玻璃纤维织物表面的填料网络结构构造方法,结合等离子体处理技术活化纤维表面,实现稳定高效的纤维搭载纳米粒子结构制备,基于该结构浸润环氧树脂得到的复合材料内部能以纳米SiC粒子作为联结点形成电荷消散通路,显著提升材料的表面电荷消散速率,从而提高其沿面闪络电压。 |
