Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of nonferrous metal material manufacturing, and discloses a titanium material rolling anti-sticking roller method which comprises the following steps: preparing surface isolation powder; heating the titanium material blank; the surface isolation powder is implanted into the rolled surface of the heated titanium material blank through online sand blasting; and the titanium material blank with the implanted surface isolation powder is rolled to obtain a product, and for multi-pass rolling, sand blasting and implantation of the isolation powder need to be conducted on the rolling face before each pass of rolling. On-line surface treatment is inserted in the hot rolling production process, high-pressure air and isolation powder particle jet flow are adopted to jet a high-temperature rolled piece at a high speed, implantable attachment is formed, the surface of the rolled piece and a roller can be effectively isolated, and sticking and chipping are prevented.
