Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of an IM-5 molecular sieve membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an IM-5 molecular sieve seed crystal; (2) coating an IM-5 seed crystal; and (3) preparing the IM-5 molecular sieve membrane. The IM-5 molecular sieve membrane is prepared on the single-channel carrier through secondary hydrothermal synthesis for the first time, and the IM-5 molecular sieve membrane prepared by the method is simple in synthesis step and high in repeatability. The obtained IM-5 molecular sieve membrane is uniform and compact in membrane layer, has no macroporous defect, can be applied to gas separation, and has separation selectivity to H2/SF6 and p-xylene/o-xylene systems. 本发明公开了一种IM-5分子筛膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)IM-5分子筛晶种的制备;(2)IM-5晶种涂覆;(3)IM-5分子筛膜的制备。本发明在单通道载体上首次通过二次水热合成制备了IM-5分子筛膜,且该方法制备的IM-5分子筛膜合成步骤简单,重复性高。所得到的IM-5分子筛膜膜层均匀且致密,没有大孔缺陷的存在,可应用于气体分离,对H2/SF6和对二甲苯/邻二甲苯体系具有分离选择性。
