Initial method and final method for laying long rails

Disclosed is an initial method of laying new long rails (22) of a railway track (20) by means of a work train (100) traveling in a direction of travel (F2), intended to implement in the process for replacing old rails (21) of the railway track (20), said method comprising a phase (B) during which the new long rails (22) of the railway track (20) are laid out by means of the work train (100) traveling in the direction of travel (F2) while the work train travels in the direction of travel (F2), and the new long rails (22) of the railway track (20) are laid out by means of the new long rails (22) of the railway track (20). The present invention relates to an initial laying method for laying new long rails (22) and subsequently fixing same to sleepers (23) of a railway track (20), the initial laying method comprising: a step of laying at least part of a first new long rail (221) on the sleepers (23) at at least one end (211 ') of an old connecting rail (211); an end-to-end connection step of connecting an end (21
