Provided is an aqueous modified polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion which is characterized by containing a modified polytetrafluoroethylene and a nonionic surfactant, the solid content concentration of the modified polytetrafluoroethylene being 50-70% by mass, substantially not containing a fluorine-containing surfactant, and having a viscosity at 55 DEG C of 80 mPa * s or less.
