Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) message processing method and device, which are used for solving the problem of low SIP message processing efficiency caused by limited equipment processing performance. The scheme comprises the following steps: receiving a first SIP message issued by an IMS core network; forwarding the first SIP message to corresponding SIP service processing equipment through a service network side address port of an SIP entity corresponding to the first SIP message; and if a second SIP message sent by the SIP service processing equipment is received, sending the second SIP message to the IMS core network through the CSCF side port of the target SIP entity receiving the second SIP message. The service network side address port of the SIP entity corresponds to the intranet service port of the unique SIP service processing equipment, so that the SIP message issued by the IMS core network can be efficiently forwarded to the corresponding SIP service processing equipm
