The method comprises the following steps: determining upper and lower bounds of a prediction error based on predicted power and actual power of a load in combination with normal distribution characteristics; establishing a power grid power flow model based on the prediction error; decoupling an active power and reactive power relation through a power grid power flow model, and respectively solving the similarity of voltage and reactive power based on curve classification of voltage and active power; and respectively establishing similarity matrixes according to the voltage similarity and the reactive similarity, wherein the intersection of the similarity matrixes is the number of the situation awareness terminals needing to be deployed.
