The plug-in card type electrostatic discharge generating device comprises a host case; the backboard is arranged in the host case, a plurality of connectors are arranged on the backboard, and the plurality of connectors are electrically connected through a control circuit integrated on the backboard; the plug-in card type power supply module is detachably arranged in the host case and is connected with one of the connectors on the back plate; the card insertion type high-voltage source module is detachably arranged in the host case and is connected with one of the connectors on the back plate; and the plug-in card type main control communication module is detachably arranged in the host case and connected with one of the connectors on the backboard, and the plug-in card type main control communication module is configured to control the plug-in card type high-voltage source module to adjust the plug-in card type power supp
