Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an optical cable fault detecting and positioning device which comprises a bottom plate, a positioning pen, a limiting assembly and a conveying roller. Vertical plates are symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the upper surface of the bottom plate, sliding grooves are formed in the top ends of the vertical plates, supporting assemblies are arranged in the sliding grooves, the conveying rollers are rotationally connected between the two vertical plates corresponding in the longitudinal direction and between the supporting assemblies corresponding in the longitudinal direction, and a supporting base is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the bottom plate. A fixing ring is arranged at the upper end of the supporting seat; the positioning pens are arranged on the inner wall of the fixing ring in an annular array mode, and the positioning pens and the conveying rollers are arranged in a matched mode; the limiting assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the
