Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving anaerobic activity of bacillus licheniformis by using nitrate and a global anaerobic regulatory factor Fnr, and belongs to the field of fermentation engineering. KNO3 is added into a fermentation culture medium, so that the anaerobic fermentation activity of the bacillus licheniformis is improved. Furthermore, through overexpression of the fnr gene, the thallus amount of the bacillus licheniformis is increased by 8% compared with that of a control strain, the KNO3 consumption rate is increased by 23% compared with that of the control strain, and 0.9 g/L of lactic acid is accumulated in 24 h. The anaerobic culture method provided by the invention is simple in process, and lays theoretical and experimental foundations for widening anaerobic fermentation application of bacillus licheniformis.
