Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a vesicular stomatitis virus attenuating method, an attenuated virus strain and application, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out amino acid deletion of different quantities and different positions on an amino acid sequence of a vesicular stomatitis virus coding M protein, and obtaining the vesicular stomatitis attenuated virus with corresponding deletion by utilizing a reverse genetic operating system.
