According to the method, in the synthesis step of adding an aluminum source which is strongly combined with halogen as a ligand into the perovskite quantum dot, an aluminum-containing ligand is anchored by using halogen sites on the surface of the quantum dot; then the aluminum oxide shell is changed into a compact aluminum oxide shell through a reaction environment, and the passivation effect and the lattice stabilizing effect of the ligand are enhanced by utilizing the strong interaction between aluminum and halogen.
