Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an emulsion polymerization-based cardanol furan resin and a preparation method thereof, and the emulsion polymerization-based cardanol furan resin is prepared from the following components by weight: 0.2-2% of an emulsion polymerization agent, 3-30% of cardanol, 2-25% of a 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution, 30-90% of furfuryl alcohol, 4.5-12.5% of methanol, and 0.3-0.5% of a silane coupling agent. The synthesis method is high in cost performance, the synthesized resin is high in strength and low in gas generation amount, and application of furan resin can be met.
