Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a transcription factor for regulating programmed death of plant cells. The inventor takes AhMC1 protein with the strongest activity in the programmed cell death process of peanuts under aluminum stress as bait protein, peanut transcription factors AhMUG participating in regulation and control of programmed cell death and coding sequences are obtained through peanut yeast library screening, the peanut transcription factors belong to transcription factors through structural analysis, and the peanut transcription factors are found to be located in cell nucleuses and cytoplasm. Researches show that protein AhMUG interacts with key protein AhMC1 in the process of aluminum-induced PCD of peanut root tips, and the protein AhMUG is a key transcription factor for regulating and controlling the expression quantity of the AhMC1. The full length of AhMUG is obtained by extracting RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) from a peanut root tip, the AhMUG has an amino acid sequence (822aa) of SEQ. ID. NO.2, and a bas |
