The invention discloses a synthetic method of 6, 6-dimethyl-3-azabicyclo [3.1. 0] hexane-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester, which comprises the following steps: (a) carrying out condensation reaction on a formula I and p-toluenesulfonhydrazide in a solvent to obtain a formula II; drying the solvent in the formula II under the action of thionyl chloride to obtain a formula III; condensing the compound shown in the formula III with chiral alcohol to obtain a compound shown in a formula IV; cyclizing the formula IV in the presence of a metal catalyst to obtain a formula V; performing ring opening on the formula V and sodium hydroxide to generate an epoxy compound intermediate, and obtaining a formula VI under the action of sodium azide; reacting the compound shown in the formula VI with acetyl chloride, esterifying with methanol, and reducing with a reducing agent to obtain a compound shown in a formula VII; and reacting the formula VII with a selective reducing agent to obtain a formula VIII.
