According to the asphalt storage tank convenient to discharge and used for highway construction, a servo motor drives a reciprocating lead screw to rotate, meanwhile, a scraping structure can be driven to conveniently scrape asphalt attached to the inner wall of the storage tank, and rotation of the reciprocating lead screw can further drive a vibration mechanism to vibrate a screen frame; therefore, the asphalt before entering the storage tank can be screened, the situation that large solids in the asphalt enter the storage tank to affect the subsequent asphalt laying effect is avoided, and meanwhile the vibrating mechanism can further drive the circulating mechanism to do piston motion; an
