The invention discloses a method and a system for data acquisition and transmission of an energy storage power station. The method comprises the following steps: configuring a built-in driver of an acquisition terminal of the energy storage power station based on configuration parameters issued by an energy storage power station cloud; performing data acquisition based on an acquisition terminal of the energy storage power station to obtain energy storage data; and carrying out serialization and compression processing on the acquired energy storage data based on the acquisition terminal of the energy storage power station, and reporting the processed data to the cloud end of the energy storage power station. According to the method, the acquisition terminal is automatically configured in a drive downloading form, various transmission protocols can be compatible, and the acquired data is serialized and compressed, so that the portability and timeliness of energy storage data acquisition of the energy storage p
