Said controller uses laser radar, microwave radar and millimetric wave radar to make scanning to implement automaticreconnaissance, and uses the computer to process the received feedback information so as to automatically control the clutch release and brake. Its detector is installed in the front of train, automobile and power ship to make scanning and can find obstruction to make automatic warning, whistle and light warning lamp. Besides, said invented brake controller has a burglar alarm system, and its reconnaissance distance can be up to several decameters for automobile and several hundred meters for train.
