The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an optimal efficiency interval of the PCS module group and a total charge/discharge demand power value of an energy storage system under a current working condition; determining a target distribution mode of the PCS module group in combination with the optimal efficiency interval and the total charge/discharge demand power value; and calculating a target power distribution parameter of the PCS module group according to the target distribution mode of the PCS module group.
