Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a PCB three-dimensional CT image segmentation method and system, and the method comprises the steps: S1, carrying out the data collection of a PCB through a CT imaging system, and obtaining a plurality of high-resolution CT image slices of the PCB; s2, preprocessing each CT image slice, and aligning a coordinate system of the CT image slice with a PCB physical structure coordinate system to obtain an aligned CT image slice; s3, performing feature extraction on the aligned CT image slices, performing clustering to form K categories and clustering centers, counting the number of feature points closest to each clustering center, encoding each aligned CT image slice into a K-dimensional feature vector V, and layering the PCB based on a model of the V to obtain a multi-layer PCB circuit layer image; and S4, constructing an energy functional based on a level set to perform element segmentation on the PCB circuit layer image to obtain a circuit layout image of each layer.
