Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for calculating a clearance of a radial sliding bearing lubricated by thin oil in a hot die forging press. A calculation formula of the method is suitable for calculating a fit clearance value of the radial sliding bearing lubricated by thin oil in the hot die forging press. The method is especially suitable for clearance calculation of the copper alloy sliding bearing which is made of Z-CuSn10P1 and has the sliding linear speed of 0.3-100 m/s. The method mainly aims at the copper alloy sliding bearing manufactured by Z-CuSn10P1, and has the characteristics of good universality, simple calculation and high accuracy. 本发明公开了一种热模锻压力机中采用稀油润滑的径向滑动轴承间隙计算方法,该方法的计算公式适用于热模锻压力机中采用稀油润滑的的径向滑动轴承配合间隙值计算;尤其适用于Z-CuSn10P1制作的、滑动线速度在0.3-100m/s的铜合金滑动轴承的间隙计算。本发明主要针对Z-CuSn10P1制作的铜合金滑动轴承,该方法具有通用性好、计算简单、准性高的特点。
